Comprehensive deep cleaning, including professional furniture and carpet steam cleaning, is carried out quarterly or more frequently when required, preserving the quality, comfort, and presentation of your home at all times.

Who pays for the cleaning and maintenance of my property?

Cleaning is covered by guests, except when the owner is staying. Maintenance is part of general upkeep, paid for by the owner unless caused by guests or staff.

If any of our staff accidentally breaks something during cleaning, we will fix or replace it at no cost to the owner.

We aim to resolve all maintenance issues within a few hours. Major issues may take up to 24 hours while we wait for parts.

Generally, no. We provide all necessary supplies to ensure timely and effective cleaning.
