Farwell & Gervase is a Dubai-based short-term rental management company working closely with property owners across prime residential communities. We support brokers by providing flexible short-term rental solutions without taking ownership of listings.

We act as a support layer, not a competitor. You remain the primary agent. We provide an interim or complementary income solution for your clients while protecting your relationship.
How It Works
- You introduce the owner to Farwell & Gervase
- We assess the property for short-term rental suitability
- The owner generates income while you retain the listing
- When the owner is ready to sell, buy, or return to long-term leasing, they are passed directly back to you
Commission Structure
Up to AED 499,000 per annum
- AED 2,500 one-off referral fee per property
- Ideal for listings not attracting the right buyers or tenants
- Allows owners to earn income without lowering asking prices
AED 500,000+ per annum
- 5% monthly commission paid directly to the referring agent
- Owner management fee: 20%
- 15% retained by Farwell & Gervase
- 5% paid to the agent
- Paid monthly for the first 12 months of management
