Hosting parties or events, whether large or small, is not permitted. Any gatherings that exceed the number of registered guests will be subject to immediate termination of the booking and possible penalties. 🤫 Respect Quiet Hours To ensure all guests have a relaxing environment, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially in shared or communal spaces. Please respect the neighbors and other residents in the area. ⏰ Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Check-out time is strictly at 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a penalty of one night’s rate plus an additional AED 500 to cover the cost of cleaning and rebooking. Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately so we can resolve them before the next guest arrives.
