Guest Support Team

Our Guest Support Team provides a seamless, high-touch experience from the very first enquiry through to check-out. Available 24/7 and fluent in multiple languages, the team ensures every guest receives attentive, responsive support throughout their stay.

This department is intentionally structured into two specialised functions. The first is our dedicated guest communications team, operating around the clock to manage enquiries, arrivals, and ongoing support. The second is our guest experience team, responsible for personal check-ins, luggage assistance, guided introductions to the building and surrounding area, and ensuring guests are fully comfortable with every aspect of the apartment upon arrival.

They arrive in top-quality, branded uniforms that reflect the refinement of our premium brand and mirror the standard of the luxury properties we manage, reinforcing a polished, professional first impression from the moment guests arrive.

Revenue Management Team

The Revenue Support Team is involved in the revenue management of the property, which means ensuring the pricing is correct throughout the year and our owners make the most money.

The team amends pricing based on demand and supply – using a combination of algorithms and manual adjustments. We also price differently depending on the channel used (ex. Airbnb versus Booking.com).

Admin Team

The Admin Support Team handles all the airbnb requirements and government compliance, and the back end of the business including building access, permits, DET check-ins and check-outs, security deposits, platform issues etc.

Client Support Team

Our Client Support Team manages all owner-related matters with clarity, discretion, and care. From coordinating owner stays to providing clear explanations of monthly statements and performance reporting, the team is always available to answer questions and offer informed guidance.

In addition, the team oversees permit renewals and ensures all KYC requirements remain fully up to date, allowing property owners to enjoy a seamless, compliant experience with complete peace of mind.

1st of each month for all booking revenue of check ins from the previous month

Absolutely. You can book your own owner stay via the app, as long as the calendar is free.
